I specialize in user experience and product thinking, defining vision and strategy and collaborating with teams to bring ideas from concepts to launch. I'm responsible for all phases of the product development process; from research, analysis, and concepts to information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and quality assurance.
I start new work by reviewing supplied materials, asking questions and undertaking research. With this understanding, I work with teams and stakeholders to craft product specifications that address user needs and meet business requirements.
I'm motivated to produce refined digital products but also invests in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. I provide meaningful and considered feedback working alongside designers, developers, and other team members to reach consistently high standards for experience, design, usability, and delight.
Over my career, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top companies, including Spotify, Emirates, Bose, Gatorade, Viacom, Sony Music and Northwestern Mutual. My work has been recognized by The Webbys, Clios, and Awwwards, and also featured in The Verge, TechCrunch, Fast Company, The Next Web, The Washington Post and Billboard.
I graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business and Digital Media and started as a Product & Community Manager with We Are Hunted; a popular online music chart that was acquired by Twitter in 2012. Since then, I've been with the digital studio, Hydric Media working with an amazing team to build beautiful experiences for web and mobile.
